It was a fun time at Cobb Field, where the Peoria Caterpillars and Billings Mustangs tangled.

Billings right-hander José Chávez made an effective start against the Peoria Caterpillars at Cobb Field, leading his team to a 7-2 win. Chávez got the win, improving to 9-7. He allowed 7 hits and walked 5 over 6.2 innings. Chávez allowed 2 earned runs.
