The Vancouver Canadians picked up a win at Stars Field, knocking off the Indian Wells Aeropostales, 8-1. Starting pitcher Javier Ballina was an essential part of his team's success. Ballina got the win, improving to 2-6. He allowed 5 hits and walked 3 over 6 innings. Ballina allowed no earned runs. Indian Wells's current losing streak has reached 5 games.
