The Caterpillars had to overcome a fine performance from Bronx pitcher Trey Robinson to grab a 7-3 win at Bronx Ballpark. Robinson allowed 1 earned run over 6 innings. The Caterpillars bumped their record to 46-45 with this latest triumph.

Eric Farlin, who is tied for 7th in the DKL in runs scored with 60, aided the Peoria cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk.

Farlin told a Peoria Bulletin reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
