Canadians Topple Paczkis as Osburn Shines
The Vancouver Canadians stopped the Canton Paczkis, 5-3, at Stanley Park. The Canadians got a big game from Steve Osburn, who was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Eddie MacClung got the save, his 1st in 2 chances. Vancouver now owns a record of 43-45.

Osburn had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 2-1 splitter from Eduardo Diadoni, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Canadians a 4-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Osburn.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Osburn. "And not try to do too much."
