The Raptors had to overcome a fine performance from Reno pitcher José Lara to grab a 9-6 win at House of Pain. Lara allowed no earned runs over 5.2 innings. The Raptors bumped their record to 47-39 with this latest triumph.

Shaun Sharp, who is tied for 9th in the DKL with a .538 slugging percentage, aided the Omaha cause with a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth. For the game, the left fielder went 1-5 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We came out aggressive," said Raptors manager Jim Fernández. "We came out swinging the bats."
