Getting a good performance from first baseman Jeff Mitchell, the Omaha Raptors defeated the Indian Wells Aeropostales, 6-3. Mitchell hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Raptors. Omaha is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Mitchell had a key at-bat for Omaha early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 11th home run of the season and gave Omaha an early 2-0 lead.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Mitchell.
