Mustangs Lose, 4-2, at Albuquerque Sports Stadium

The Albuquerque Cacti topped the Billings Mustangs, 4-2, in Nick Adenhart League action at Albuquerque Sports Stadium. The player of the game was Albuquerque pitcher Yoshiaga Adachi. Hisataro Sato was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 23 of 26 save opportunities. Albuquerque is now 48-30, 7 games up in the Nick Adenhart League Bobby Cox Division.
Albuquerque center fielder Francisco Germán contributed to the cause with a double in the bottom of the second. For the game, Germán did the little things right to help the team.
"We take it day by day here," said Adachi, "and today was a good one for us."
