Getting an impressive start from John Faivre, Indian Wells beat Chicago by the score of 8-2. The Aeropostales bumped their record to 40-36 with this latest triumph.

Louie Culley aided the Indian Wells cause with a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2.
