Michael Walsh had an impressive outing at Foothills Stadium today, hurling the Omaha Raptors to a 1-0 shutout victory over the Calgary Kodiaks.

"He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Calgary skipper Shigetaka Ohayashi said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders."
