Canadians Topple Cacti with Late Rally
The Vancouver Canadians and Albuquerque Cacti obliged those fans who came to Stanley Park looking for a good time.

Matthew Bauer made an impact in the 9-8 Vancouver win over Albuquerque. Bauer, who is tied for 5th in the NAL in total bases with 116, went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Canadians bumped their record to 37-30 with this latest triumph.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Vancouver trailing 8-7, Jesús Castillo hit a changeup from Hisataro Sato to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Canadians had a walk-off win.

"We maximized our offense today," said Vancouver skipper Arinori Nakamura. "That makes everyone's life easier."
