Ryan Goes Wild, But Titans Win
Acapulco center fielder Andreas Ryan had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Ryan went 3 for 3 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice, even as Chicago beat the Banditos, 14-5. Ryan was named the player of the game despite the loss. William Clark was credited with the save for Chicago, his 1st of the season. Chicago is in 4th place in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division with a record of 24-30.

Ming-an Woo, who is tied for 6th in the NAL with a .530 slugging percentage, helped out the Chicago cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the first baseman went 2-5 with 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Woo said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
