The Reno Raiders grabbed a 7-6 win over the Detroit Death Stars at The Death Star. Reno third baseman Ricardo Peralta went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 to earn player of the game honors. Li-zhu Kuang recorded his 10th save for Reno. Reno is now riding a 3-game win streak.

This game was not decided until late. With two out in the top of the ninth, Ken Donovan drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Raiders took the lead, 7-6.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Peralta said.
