It was a good time at Excavatar Park, where fans came to watch the Billings Mustangs and Peoria Caterpillars get after it.

With right fielder Danny Sanchez leading the charge, the Peoria Caterpillars defeated the Billings Mustangs, 10-5, at Excavatar Park. Sanchez, who is tied for 9th in the DKL with a 1.005 OPS, went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Kazushige Kichida got credit for the win, improving to 1-2. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 5 innings.

Sanchez had a key at-bat for Peoria early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and gave Peoria an early 2-0 lead.
