A 3-RBI performance from first baseman Miguel Olberos, who is tied for 9th in the DKL in hits with 46, led the Minneapolis Freeze to a 10-1 win over the Detroit Death Stars. Minneapolis is now riding a 3-game win streak.

The Freeze got a big at-bat from catcher Dae-ki Yi. For the game, Yi went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. In the top of the third, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season gave Minneapolis a 2-0 lead.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Freeze manager John Justin, "I like our chances."
