Loss to Banditos Extends Silver Lake Losing Streak
|
The Acapulco Banditos bested the Silver Lake Baristas, 6-2, at Underdogs Ballpark. Anson Aubry was named player of the game. He was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Kakuzo Kobayashi earned save number 1. Silver Lake, at 9-22, is off to a poor start in 2033.
Aubry had a key at-bat for Acapulco early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and gave Acapulco an early 3-1 lead.
"We had a nice day," said Acapulco skipper Salvador López.
