Acapulco and Omaha duked it out at Anchorage Municipal Stadium and the Banditos came out victorious.

The Acapulco Banditos overcame a good performance by Omaha first baseman Jeff Mitchell to knock off Omaha, 8-7, at Anchorage Municipal Stadium. Mitchell was 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs. The Raptors fall to 12-16 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2033 season.

The Banditos got a big at-bat from right fielder Phil Mouland. For the game, Mouland was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the third, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Acapulco a 3-2 lead.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Mouland told a Acapulco Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
