The Minneapolis Freeze dealt the Chicago Titans a 8-3 loss at The Ice Box. Tony Littler was the star on offense. He was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Minneapolis, now 18-11, has gotten their season off to a good start.

Littler had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a first pitch changeup from Millard Dixon, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Freeze a 6-3 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Littler.

"We came out aggressive," said Freeze manager John Justin. "We came out swinging the bats."
