Columbus Aces starter David Flecha was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Rubber City Rhinos, 4-3. Amaui Mahi'ai recorded his 4th save for Columbus. Losses have been few and far between for the Rhinos so far this season. Their record drops to 13-6.

The Aces got a big at-bat from designated hitter Doug White. For the game, White was 1 for 4 with a double. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Columbus a 2-1 lead.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Flecha told the Columbus Chronicle.
