Cruz Hits 2 home runs in Canadians Win
Vancouver right fielder Rafael Cruz was instrumental in his team's 7-1 win over the Omaha Raptors. Cruz, who is tied for 2nd in the NAL with a .644 slugging percentage, went 3-4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Canadians. The Raptors drop to 11-14 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2033 season.

Vancouver catcher Steve Osburn contributed to the cause with a single in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Osburn went 2-4 with a double and a walk.

Cruz called the win "a collective effort."
