The Canton Paczkis went down to defeat to Yeong-suk Kim and his Fairfield teammates. The final score was 5-2 in favor of the Flash. In 7 innings, Kim surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. Fairfield goes to 13-7 with the win.
The Flash got a big at-bat from right fielder Gabriel Gómez. For the game, Gómez went 1 for 4 with a triple, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Fairfield a 2-1 lead.
