Baristas Fall to Molina, Phantoms
|
The Coronado Phantoms topped the Silver Lake Baristas, 6-3, with third baseman Rafael Molina playing a big role. Molina was 4-4 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Phantoms in the win. Getting the save was Kawanari Uchida, his 1st. The Baristas fall to 6-12 and continue their lackluster start to the 2033 season.
The Phantoms got a big at-bat from second baseman Steven Wrottesley. For the game, Wrottesley went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the second, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Coronado a 2-0 lead.
