Detroit Death Stars starter Dave Munier turned in a top-notch performance against the Peoria Caterpillars at Excavatar Park. The result was a win for the Death Stars, 4-0. In 6 innings, Munier surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. The Caterpillars fall to 7-8 and continue their wobbly start to the 2033 season.

The Death Stars got a big at-bat from designated hitter Gilbert Drader. For the game, Drader went 1 for 4. In the top of the second, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 10th hit of the season gave Detroit a 1-0 lead.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Drader said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
