The Billings Mustangs defeated the Peoria Caterpillars, 16-7, at Cobb Field. Billings first baseman Dante Deleón was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 4-5 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Earning his 1st save of the year was Cris Ayala. The Mustangs keep rolling, raising their record to 10-4.

Tony Ramirez aided the Billings cause with a grand slam home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the second baseman went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4.
