The Fort Worth Cats and Indian Wells Aeropostales provided some drama at LaGrave Field.

The Indian Wells Aeropostales bested the Fort Worth Cats, 4-3, at LaGrave Field. Pat Pittman was named player of the game. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Indian Wells reliever Anthony McIntyre picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-0. Bobby Saxon was collared with the loss.

The Aeropostales got a big at-bat from first baseman Lewis Pitman. For the game, Pitman was 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. In the top of the tenth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 1st double of the season gave Indian Wells a 4-3 lead.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Indian Wells manager Mario Perez.

At 5-2, the Aeropostales have played well so far.
