Allen Dazzles in Bowling Green Win

The Bowling Green Racers defeated the Chicago Titans, 2-0, in Nick Adenhart League action at Top of the Hill, with Bowling Green pitcher Larry Allen named player of the game. Bowling Green, now 5-0, has gotten their season off to a good start.
Allen, who dominated for Bowling Green, earned the victory to move to 1-0. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 5. Chicago batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
