Blazers Topple Earthquakes with Late Rally
Blazers catcher Eugene Axe put his stamp on his team's 7-5 win over the San Francisco Earthquakes. Axe was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Bloomington in the contest. San Francisco has now lost 9 straight.

Had Sean Clark not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Clark hit a 2-run home run. That made the score 7-5, in favor of the Blazers.
