Dallas rode a good effort from starter Dan Edwards to beat the Cabo San Lucas Toreros at Metroplex Park. The final score was 3-2. Dallas has now won 3 straight, while the Toreros have lost 5 in a row.

The Texans got a big at-bat from second baseman Juan Jaramillo. For the game, Jaramillo went 1-3. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the seventh, with the bases loaded, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 12th hit of the season gave Dallas a 2-1 lead.
