Marauders Win at Jacksonville, 7-2
|
Getting an impressive start from Khurshid Durrani, Maple beat Jacksonville by the score of 7-2. Maple has an impressive 105-37 record.
The Marauders got a big at-bat from second baseman Gerard Leeder. For the game, Leeder went 2-4 with a home run and a triple. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 32nd home run of the season gave Maple a 3-0 lead.
