Butlin Sensational for Rhinos
|
Rubber City Rhinos starter Dylan Butlin turned in a top-notch performance against the Eureka Hornets at The Nest. The result was a win for the Rhinos, 4-1. Shinzo Sasaki was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 46 of 54 save opportunities. The Rhinos own a robust 90-50 mark.
Butlin was effective for Rubber City, seldom allowing the Hornets to square up a pitch. The right-hander tossed 81 pitches over 8 innings. He limited Eureka to just 1 run on 2 hits.
"I thought we played a nice game," Butlin told the Rubber City Chronicle. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
