Victory Pushes Mustangs Record to 71-54
|
It was a good time at McNichols Stadium, where fans came to watch the Seattle Sasquatch and Mile High Mustangs get after it.
Mile High Mustangs starter Jose Albertrani was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Seattle Sasquatch, 4-1. Amirtharaj Nagaraja was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 3 save opportunities.
José Rea, who is rated as the 24th best prospect by BNN, chipped in for Mile High with a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 run batted in.
"We take it day by day here," said Albertrani, "and today was a good one for us."
The Mustangs bumped their record to 71-54 with this latest triumph.
