The Dallas Texans scored a 2-1 win versus the So Cal Republic at House of the Republic. Dallas pitcher Paul Johnston nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Johnston, now 8-11, was the winner. In 8.1 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 2, walking 2, and allowing 1 earned run. The Texans bumped their record to 66-59 with this latest triumph.
