Beavers Deal Sasquatch Painful Loss
Portland Beavers starter Felipe De La Hoya was in fine form against the Seattle Sasquatch at Waterfront Park, leading his team to a 5-4 win. Olivier Martin got credit for the win, improving to 6-5. He allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 2 innings. Portland is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Portland won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Kirk Redman on the mound for Seattle, first baseman Lai-hsiang Xiu hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Beavers fans to their feet.
