The Jacksonville Jacks and Portland Beavers brought some excitement to Skellington Stadium.
Portland Beavers starter Peter McColgan was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Jacksonville Jacks, 6-2. In 6 innings, McColgan surrendered 2 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed 2 runs. Jian-guo Yang, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities.
