The Wichita Storm got a stellar effort from pitcher Garth Bankston, helping Wichita score a 6-2 win over the visiting Rosewell Tribbles. The Storm bumped their record to 42-28 with this latest triumph.
Kyle Higgins chipped in for Wichita with a grand slam home run in the bottom of the 12th. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 4 runs batted in.
