Sedona beat Wichita in a rain-soaked ballgame.
Sedona withstood an impressive performance by Wichita right fielder Ken Baker to defeat the Storm, 10-5, at The Lair at Sabercat Field. Baker went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. The save was credited to Todd Wallace, his 1st.
With one out in the bottom of the fifth, Dong-woo Lee stroked a go-ahead 2-run single. It was his 27th hit of the season and put Sedona in front, 6-5.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Lee told the Sedona Today.
The first-place Sabercats raised their record to 27-18.
