The Yuma Varmits and Sedona Sabercats put on quite a show at The Range.

The Yuma Varmits defeated the Sedona Sabercats, 8-7, at The Range. Yuma shortstop Félix Hernández was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. The Varmits bumped their record to 15-14 with this latest triumph.

Hernández had the big at-bat for Yuma. With one out in the bottom of the tenth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly, giving Yuma the 8-7 win.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Sedona manager Edgardo Bautista.
