The Brooklyn Cyclones and Barbados Revenge met at Vin Scully Park to settle a score.

The Barbados Revenge got a strong performance from pitcher Marco Cruz, who stymied the Brooklyn offense en route to a 3-0 win at Vin Scully Park. Cruz, now 5-2, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 3, walking 1, and allowing no earned runs.

Early in the game, third baseman Winn Miller had a run-scoring triple for Barbados. It was his 2nd triple of the season and put the Revenge on top, 1-0.

"We didn't score," said losing manager Alex Romero. "That was the problem."
