Long Beach third baseman Robby Craig was sensational. He was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Framingham beat the KO, 11-10. Craig was named the player of the game despite the loss. Even with the win, the Fighting Camels have a dismal 17-34 record.

Framingham took a 11-10 lead on Cruz Cruz's 2nd home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Long Beach pitcher Bill Teague in the bottom of the ninth.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Cruz said.
