Both teams had their chances, but the Framingham Fighting Camels eventually prevailed at Murderer's Row.

The Framingham Fighting Camels took Augusta pitcher Juan Viesca's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Murderer's Row. The final score had Framingham getting past the Rail Riders, 2-1. Viesca went 8 innings and allowed 2 earned runs, striking out 8. Tom Greer, credited with the win, is now 1-3. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 5 innings.

The Fighting Camels got a big at-bat from center fielder Jose Torres. For the game, Torres went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Framingham a 2-0 lead.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Torres. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."

Even with the win, the Fighting Camels have a dismal 10-23 record.
