It was a good time at The Back Draft, where fans came to watch the Caribbean Commies and El Paso Bomberos get after it.

The El Paso Bomberos defeated the Caribbean Commies, 9-2, at The Back Draft today. Leading the charge for El Paso was third baseman Jacob Hathaway. He was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The Bomberos bumped their record to 12-7 with this latest triumph.

Eric Price had a big run-scoring single for the Bomberos in the bottom of the fourth inning. With El Paso trailing 2-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a splitter from Graham Bennett and stroked the single to center. It was his 17th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bomberos ahead, 2-1.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Hathaway.
