Late Rally by Fighting Camels Secures Win
The Framingham Fighting Camels and Scottsdale Scorpions completed their game despite the inclement weather.

Scottsdale got a terrific game from first baseman Salvador Cruz. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Framingham, 4-3. Cruz was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs. Vinny Caballero was called on to finish, recording his 2nd save.

Danny Delgado was 1-3 for Framingham. The 19-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Dave Rodgers. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Delgado.

With the win, Framingham is 4-5.
