The Omaha Raptors couldn't stop Dominic Wicksted today, but they stopped the Minneapolis Freeze, 9-5. Wicksted went 5-for-5 in the game at Anchorage Municipal Stadium, but his team still came out on the wrong end of the score.
"I feel bad for Dominic -- that's not how any of us wanted things to turn out," said Minneapolis manager John Justin. "The Raptors were on their game today."
Dominic Wicksted singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
