|
Hawaii third baseman Jim Burry was a significant contributor in his team's 6-3 triumph over the Jacksonville Jacks. He was 1-2 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for Hawaii. Bernalldo Rocchi earned his 21st save in 25 chances. The Islanders bumped their record to 53-36 with this latest triumph.
Pablo López, who is a three-time All-Star, aided the Hawaii cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder drove in one run.
