Fighting Iguanas Come Back Late to Clip Commies

Boca Raton second baseman Masahiro Miura played a vital role in his team's 3-2 triumph over Caribbean. He went 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Boca Raton. Boca Raton reliever Javy Alvarado picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Frank Patton was saddled with the loss. The save was credited to Terry Brown, his 1st.
Miura was 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once against the Commies. With the game tied in the bottom of the eighth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that scored 1 and put Boca Raton in front, 3-2.
