The Maple Marauders defeated the Bloomington Blazers, 6-4, at Legends Park. Maple first baseman Kojuro Ine was named player of the game for his superb performance. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Maple reliever Marcos León picked up the win to move to 2-1. Paco Berroa suffered the loss. Maple, at 8-1, has sizzled in the early going.
