It was a fun time at Swamp Foxes Stadium, where the Carl Albert Titans and College Park tangled.
The College Park did just enough to sneak past the Carl Albert Titans, 4-3, at Swamp Foxes Stadium. College pitcher Dedrick Savage earned player of the game honors. Clint Vollmer converted his 15th save in 17 tries.
Steve Ashton aided the College cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the left fielder was 2-3 with a double. He drove in 3 runs.
"I was a little disappointed," said Carl Albert manager Felipe Espinoza. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
The 'W' lifts College's record to 31-34.
