Mustangs Win at Carl Albert, 6-2
|
San Marin and Carl Albert met at Zebras Ballpark in front of a lively crowd.
San Marin Mustangs starter Eric Czajkowski turned in an exceptional performance against the Carl Albert Titans at Zebras Ballpark, resulting in a San Marin win, 6-2. San Marin occupies 5th place in the Hank Aaron League Willie Mays Division at 27-33.
San Marin used the timely hitting of Martin Torres to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Mustangs on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Torres said.
