Francis goes 3-for-3, Tigers Move to 39-21
Marcus Francis made an impact in the 7-1 Tioga Central win over Francis Lewis. Francis, who is tied for 4th in the PRL in bases on balls with 45, went 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Tioga Central reliever Preston Wilson got the win, raising his record to 3-2. Dave Peterson was tagged with the loss. The Tigers have an impressive 39-21 record.

Wade Newman drove in one run against the Patriots. In the bottom of the first inning, he reached on an error by the 2B, driving in 1 run, putting Tioga Central in front, 1-0.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Newman said.
