The Seattle Sasquatch got a superb performance from pitcher Nabil bin Baha, but the Portland Beavers still won the game, 5-3. bin Baha was named the player of the game despite the loss. He came in in relief and pitched to 20 batters . The winner was Rolf Pals, who threw 79 pitches over 5.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 4 hits.
