Miller Excels, Downsview Blows Out Derby
The Downsview Mustangs clobbered the Derby Panthers, 14-1, at Managua HS Grounds today. Downsview center fielder Peyton Miller was named player of the game for his productive day. He went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. The Mustangs improve their record to 23-33 with the win over Derby.

With Downsview leading 2-1 in the top of the fifth, Miller hit a fastball from Joe Fuqua for a solo home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Mustangs ahead, 3-1.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Derby manager Daniel Hills.
